Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, who is free to choose the courier, sending the package to the indicated address. Items must be intact, in their original packaging, unused, and complete with tags and accessories. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the return being refused. There is no restocking fee. However, items included in the final promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
