Exchanges and returns

Return Policy Summary

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the receipt of the order to return the purchased items, without having to provide any reason.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You can use a courier of your choice to send the package to the provided address.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without signs of use and with all labels and accessories intact.

    • Any return request may be denied if the above conditions are not met.

  • Fees: No restocking fee is applied to returns.

  • Final Sale Items: Items from the final sale collection cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Instructions

To make a return:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Available every day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  2. Ship the Package: For returns from Italy, send the package using a courier to the address:

  3. Processing the Return: Once the return is received, we will process it within 2-4 working days. The refund will be made using the same method used for payment.

Note: If the package does not meet the specified timelines and conditions, it will be available for pickup in person or via courier at your expense.
