Shipping Methods
Orders placed on the Bottega di Brunella website are shipped throughout Italy via the courier Mail Boxes. Products will be delivered based on the times and methods chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase, among the delivery options available on our site. Shipping costs for home delivery are the responsibility of the Customer and may vary based on the chosen shipping service.
International Shipping
Orders to European and non-EU destinations are managed by the best international couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. Delivery times for orders in Europe are generally between 4-7 working days, while for non-EU orders, delivery times vary from 7 to 15 working days.
Delivery Times
The delivery time is generally 2-3 working days, but may vary based on the destination location and the selected shipping method. Once the shipment is made, Bottega di Brunella will send a confirmation email with the necessary information to track the status of the shipment.
In case of delays not attributable to Bottega di Brunella, such as strikes or unforeseen events, the Customer will be promptly informed by our customer service.
Shipping Methods for the Local Area
For local areas, including Naples, the provinces of Avellino and Benevento, shipping generally occurs within 1-2 working days. The designated courier will deliver the package to the address provided by the Customer.
Shipping Responsibility
The risks related to the products pass to the Customer at the moment the products are delivered to the Customer or to a third party designated by them. If the Customer chooses a courier different from those proposed by Bottega di Brunella, the responsibility for the risks related to the products will pass to the Customer at the moment of delivery to the carrier.
