Payments

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Product prices, shipping costs, and payment methods are those listed on the Website and are expressed in euros. Product prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Bottega di Brunella reserves the right to change the prices listed on the Website at any time. Under no circumstances will Bottega di Brunella be held liable for any price changes.

The Customer undertakes to pay the price of the Products purchased in the following ways:

  • Online credit card : Payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro credit card. Credit card payments are handled directly by Shopify Payments, which uses 128-bit SSL encryption protocols to ensure the security of online transactions. For this reason, Bottega di Brunella does not receive the customer's credit card information. Once the order is received, Bottega di Brunella will pre-authorize the customer's credit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. Bottega di Brunella will not be responsible for any failed authorizations by the card issuer. Once the contract is concluded pursuant to Article 2 above, the credit card charge will be final;

  • Paypal : In this case, the charge will be made upon confirmation of receipt of the order. If Bottega di Brunella does not accept the order proposal, the amount will be refunded to the customer.

  • Klarna : Payment via Klarna allows you to split your payment into 3 (three) interest-free installments, which will be automatically deducted from your credit card. The first payment will be deducted when the order is shipped from the warehouse, the second 30 (thirty) days after the shipping date, and the third 60 (thirty) days after the shipping date. Terms and conditions for Klarna payment can be found at the following link: http://www.klarna.com . It is understood that Bottega di Brunella will not be responsible for any failure by Klarna to accept this payment method, nor for any disputes between the Customer and Klarna.

  • Gift Card : The amount due by the Customer will be deducted from the amount loaded on the Gift Card upon confirmation of receipt of the order. If Bottega di Brunella does not accept the order proposal, the amount will be reloaded onto the Gift Card. Gift Card payments are handled by Shopify Payments.
