You have 14 days from the receipt of the order to return the purchased items, without the obligation to provide reasons. The return shipping is at the customer's expense, who can freely choose the courier, sending the package to the indicated address. The items must be intact, in their original packaging, unused, and complete with tags and accessories. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the refusal of the return. No restocking fee is required. However, items belonging to the final promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
